Jingle bell....by KK the Santa

This year the Christmas celebration were @ Manoj house. All Softnest folks reached there, and for a change i dressed like a Santa giving everyone surprise

All kids enjoyed and had fun - after all I was the Santa distributing gifts to make them happy ;)

Softnest Get2gether

Softnest get together after 6 months!!! This time it was Manoj who initiated... 3 days and the plan was done... everyone was meeting at 'The Royal Orchids' near Jakkur. A full day outing (12 PM - 10 PM)!

People started coming in slowly while the lunch was already set. As usual Manoj retained the record of coming late. This time Captain was missing and Aji etan was present. Surprisingly we did not have any missing softnest folks due to availability (except Captain due to location issues).

Post lunch everyone went for some sports and fun (baddy & TT).

Then it was time for swimming and some games.....

...followed by some drinks & dinner to cover up for the cold weather (rains:))

Jisha birthday

It was Jisha's birthday. Mee bought a cake from Cake Walk and and came to my office with Sid. We went to Jalahalli and met Jisha at Rockclimb mall.

We cut the cake at the food court of the mall (which was empty as it was yet to open). It was good to throw the party as she felt alone and was happy to see us come with cake. On way back went to her uncles place and also to Bhaia's place.

Had dinner at Bhaia place and came back. 

Drive to Krishniagiri

We planned drive to Krishnagiri for morning breakfast. Pawan and DK also pooled in for the drive. It was nice rainy climate and we reached there around 9:50 AM. By 10 AM most of the breakfast things were almost over. Fortunately we could get what we wanted for 1st round. By second round most of the items were over (Masala Dosa, Vada etc).

It is best to go before 9 AM so that we have all the food available. 

Back to Adidas

Bought Adidas shoes (after Nike for last cycle). Planning to use only for wooden court play - and see how long it lasts.

Kinnect

Bought Kinnect today. Had gone to pick Sid from school and on way decided to pick up Kinnect (from Croma - Indiranagar). Its a 4GB with autosensor - all set and is cool. Got 2 CD (Sports & Adventure) free with it.

Happy Birthday

Meera get smartphone as gift for her birthday (Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus). Evening the celebration becomes bigger with a home made cake from Biju & party followed by dinner at Bobs.

All for good..!

Transferred 1.5L for educational purpose today. Hope it benefits someone:)

Hospital trips

This is an attempt to track all the visits we had to an Hospital (for any of our health related issues). Probably it will serve as an indicator over period of time as to how fit we are.

Today we got eye test done for Sid, and looks like Sid will eventually have to get on with specs (Doc said he has cylinder).

Corner house

Siddharth is the upcoming fan of Corner House! He just loved the Hot Carmelo Pudding and Apple Pie (while I hogged on the ice cream scoops with those). He seems to be avoiding ice cream stating its cold (wow - like his mom and I don't mind it a bit:))

Siddharth started going to Play School [GenieKids] from June 6. A start of new journey in our life:)

Ammayi in B'lore

Ammayi & Nivya comes to Bangalore after lot of persuasion. Joined us on way back from Bangalore after Abhita marriage. Stayed for 2 weeks.

Trip to Kerala for Abhitha marriage. This time both Prince and Sid had good time playing together.

New year starts at Indijoes is at Indijoe

Welcome 2012. The first day of the year is for celeberation. The lunch was planned at Indijoe. Though we were pretty late in trying to book a table, we got it without trouble for 2:15PM slot.
Sid enjoyed his time playing around the table and then running around the open lawn in RMZ infinity.
